43 Places should make the summary "What So-and-So has done in YYYY" accurate –1 cheer

I think the summary of things I did in a year rocks. Or it would rock if it was accurate. I think when people cheer a goal on 43 Things, it resets the date that it was completed which screws up the summary on 43 Places. See image for an example.
